NNR Account Management

NNR’s Account Management model focuses on a dedicated team of local, regional and global Account Managers. Each Account Manager plays a specifically designed role to support our customers on various levels, including operations, KPI management, quality control and security. The Account Managers also act as a single point of contact for our customers and always speak the language(s) of the area they are based in.

Local Account Managers work hand-in-hand with our Regional Account Management team, who in return works directly with the Global Account Management team at our Head Office. Through this direct line of communication, even the corporate team has full visibility of ongoing matters at all times. All Account Managers are closely managed and supported by Head Office, which enables them to support our customer’s needs and requirements quickly, efficiently and without delays.
